Task
For our Senior Seminar project, we were tasked to select a newly releasing/released product and analyze the organization’s use of marketing. Our group selected Lipton Iced Tea, and their extension into the alcohol category with their Lipton Hard Iced Tea. We focused on many components of Lipton, including their BCG Matrix, 4P’s, and developing a SWOT Analysis.
